WHY IT MATTERS

What an unanswered phone actually costs.

“…Called 6 times over past two months and left at least 3 voicemails with no response so now had to switch groomers.”

— a real 2-star review of a Tampa-area groomer

They didn’t leave over the haircut. They left over the phone.

DONE FOR YOU

She’s built for your shop — not self-serve.

There’s no “sign up and go.” We build FeeFee from your actual services, hours, and calendar before she answers a single call. That takes a short conversation — here’s the whole thing.

STEP 1
15-minute setup call
You tell us your services, hours, and how you like to book.
STEP 2
We build her
We wire her into your calendar, your payment setup, and your deposit rules.
STEP 3
She answers your number
You forward your line. She books, texts, and flags — you groom.
and the phone · answered

A CRM can’t pick up the phone. FeeFee can.

Coop runs your book. FeeFee answers the call you’re missing while your hands are on a dog. That’s a different job, with its own price.

THE COMMON ONES

Before you book the call.

Is that really her voice?

Yes — the call below is a real one, transcribed word for word. FeeFee is software: an AI voice that runs on your hours, your services, and your calendar. She's not a person, and we don't pretend otherwise. She just answers the phone the way a great front-desk person would.

Do my customers call a new number, or do I keep mine?

You keep your number. We forward your existing line to FeeFee, so customers dial the same number they always have — she just picks up when you can't. Nothing on your business cards or Google listing has to change.

What happens when she can't answer a question?

She never guesses. If a caller asks something outside what she's set up to handle, she takes a message and it lands on your phone with the caller's name, number, and what they wanted — so you call back knowing the details, instead of finding a blank voicemail.

Which calendar does she book on?

Coop’s. She books into a real open slot on your Coop calendar, and everything she needs (services, durations, hours) lives there too — that is how she knows what to offer. Coop becomes the calendar you run the shop from; she does not write into an outside calendar.

How long until she's answering my phone?

Often the same day. It starts with a 15-minute setup call where you tell us your services, hours, and how you like to book. We build her, wire her into your calendar and your payment setup, you test her, and then you forward your line — many shops are answering calls the same day, and it's rarely more than a day or two.

What does FeeFee cost?

FeeFee is $249/mo all-in — that's the Pro plan plus FeeFee on one bill, billed monthly, cancel anytime. There's no free trial of FeeFee and no buy button, because she's not self-serve: we build her from your services, your hours, and your calendar on a 15-minute setup call, then hand you the number.
