Your phone is answered. Even with your hands on a dog.
FeeFee is the voice that picks up when you can’t. Don’t take our word for it — press play and hear her book a real appointment.
Five things a voicemail will never do.
What an unanswered phone actually costs.
“…Called 6 times over past two months and left at least 3 voicemails with no response so now had to switch groomers.”
— a real 2-star review of a Tampa-area groomer
They didn’t leave over the haircut. They left over the phone.
She’s built for your shop — not self-serve.
There’s no “sign up and go.” We build FeeFee from your actual services, hours, and calendar before she answers a single call. That takes a short conversation — here’s the whole thing.
A CRM can’t pick up the phone. FeeFee can.
The two plans above run your book. They don’t answer the call you’re missing while your hands are on a dog. That’s a different job, and it has its own price.
FeeFee plus Coop itself — one price, one bill, the whole front desk.
- Answers every call, 24/7 — the 7pm one, the mid-groom one, the Saturday one
- Books the groom on your real calendar, in a real open slot
- Texts the customer your deposit link, straight to your own Stripe
- Flags an expired vaccine before the dog is on your table
- Takes a message when she can’t book, so nothing is lost
Before you book the call.
Yes — that clip is a real call. FeeFee is software: an AI voice that runs on your hours, your services, and your calendar. She's not a person, and we don't pretend otherwise. She just answers the phone the way a great front-desk person would.
You keep your number. We forward your existing line to FeeFee, so customers dial the same number they always have — she just picks up when you can't. Nothing on your business cards or Google listing has to change.
She never guesses. If a caller asks something outside what she's set up to handle, she takes a message and it lands on your phone with the caller's name, number, and what they wanted — so you call back knowing the details, instead of finding a blank voicemail.
She books on your Coop calendar in a real open slot, so there is never a double-booking — and your Coop appointments sync onto your Google Calendar. Everything she needs (services, durations, hours) lives in Coop, which is how she knows what to offer.
Usually a few days. It starts with a 15-minute setup call where you tell us your services, hours, and how you like to book. We build her, wire her into your calendar and your Stripe, you test her, and then you forward your line.
FeeFee is $249/mo all-in — that's her plus the whole Coop CRM on one bill, billed monthly, cancel anytime. There's no free trial of FeeFee and no buy button, because she's not self-serve: we build her from your services, your hours, and your calendar on a 15-minute setup call, then hand you the number.
Stop sending your next customer to voicemail.
Fifteen minutes to see if FeeFee fits your shop. We do the setup. No card.
