These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Coop (“Coop,” “we,” “us”), a customer-management and booking tool for independent pet groomers and small grooming businesses, available at coop.feefeeai.com and as a web application (together, the “Service”). Coop is a product of RE Solutions Group, LLC, a company based in the United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Coop helps grooming businesses manage clients and pets, schedule appointments, accept online booking requests, collect deposits and payments, and send appointment-related messages by SMS and email. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You may add information about your own clients and their pets to operate your business. You are responsible for that information and confirm you have the right to enter and use it. As between you and Coop, this data is yours; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service can send text messages to your clients on your behalf through Twilio — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and deposit or payment links. You are responsible for obtaining each recipient’s consent to receive these messages (for example, through the consent checkbox on your booking form) and for complying with all applicable laws and carrier rules, including the TCPA and CTIA/A2P messaging guidelines. Every message lets the recipient reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You may not use the Service to send unlawful, unsolicited, or marketing messages to recipients who have not opted in.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled first. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from within the app.
Customer deposits and payments you collect through the Service are processed by Stripe and settle to the account you have configured. You are responsible for honoring your own refund, cancellation, and deposit policies with your clients.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no infringement of others’ rights, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and no use that violates messaging or privacy laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service relies on third parties including Supabase and Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend and Amazon SES (email), and, optionally, Google (calendar sync). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party’s own terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message or booking will be delivered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Coop harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, the data you enter, or the messages sent to your clients on your behalf — including claims that messages were sent without the recipient’s consent.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
