This Privacy Policy explains how Coop (“Coop,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at coop.feefeeai.com or use the Coop application (together, the “Service”). Coop is a customer-management tool built for independent pet groomers and small grooming businesses. Coop is a product of RE Solutions Group, LLC, a company based in the United States.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, password, and business name. If you subscribe, our payment processor collects your billing details (we do not store full card numbers).
Business data you enter. As you use Coop you may add information about your own clients and their pets — names, contact details, appointment history, notes, vaccination records, and photos. You control this data; you are responsible for having the right to enter it, and Coop processes it on your behalf to provide the Service.
Usage and device information. Like most websites, we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, including through cookies and similar technologies (see “Advertising and analytics” below).
We use information to provide and operate the Service; create and secure your account; process subscriptions and payments; send transactional messages such as appointment reminders, booking notifications, and account emails; respond to support requests; measure and improve our marketing; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us run Coop, only as needed to provide the Service:
• Supabase — application hosting and database storage.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Twilio — sending SMS text messages (e.g., reminders).
• Resend / Amazon SES — sending email on our behalf.
• Google — optional calendar sync, only if you connect your Google account.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement (see below).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Coop, our users, or others.
When you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from a Coop-powered business — for example, by checking the consent box on a booking form — we use Twilio to send transactional messages such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and deposit or payment links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Your mobile phone number, opt-in information, and messaging consent are never shared with, sold to, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the information-sharing described in this policy.
We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. to understand how people interact with our ads and website and to reach people who may be interested in Coop. The Pixel may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and actions you take on our site (for example, viewing a page or creating an account). This information is shared with Meta and used to measure and improve our advertising.
You can control how your data is used for advertising in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can limit cookies through your browser settings. To learn more, see Meta’s Privacy Policy and your ad preferences in your Meta account.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security requirements.
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time within the app, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to request access or deletion. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Coop is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
