Straight to your Stripe account. The customer pays through a Stripe Checkout page and the funds land in your balance. We never touch the money or take a platform fee. If you don't have a Stripe account yet, setup takes about 5 minutes.
No. SMS is included in every plan. Basic gets 200 messages a month (enough for ~50 weekly appointments) and Growth is unlimited. We cover the per-message cost ourselves, so there's no surprise bill.
You can export everything (customers, pets, appointment history, payment records) as CSV from Settings at any time. If you cancel, your data stays accessible for 30 days and is then permanently deleted. We never sell it, share it, or use it to train any model.
Yes, for free. Send us a CSV export from your current tool and we'll import your customers, pets, and appointment history before your trial starts. Most migrations take under 24 hours.
Both. The calendar handles either model — for mobile, you can group appointments by neighborhood and the booking page captures the customer's address. We're working on route optimization (planned for later this year).
Google Calendar won't take deposits, track vaccine expirations, send Report Cards, or keep a paid/refunded ledger for your bookkeeper. iMessage won't auto-send reminders or let several groomers share one number. Coop does all of it in one place.
